All applications will be reviewed by the Saskatoon Exhibition Selection Committee. Upon acceptance you will receive further confirmation materials and information with an invoice for deposits and fees to the email address you provided.
– This application becomes your contract upon review and acceptance.
– Locations will not be fully confirmed until all deposits and payment for fees are received.
– Show Management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to event layout
Location Fees/Deposits:
- Commission Rate: 25% of net sales reported daily or a minimum $1250.00 per location – whichever sum is greater.
- Locations are to be open and operating during all hours the Saskatoon Exhibition is open, 12:00pm-12:00am daily outdoors, 12:00pm-11:00pm daily indoors.
- Upon approval of this application, a $1250.00 deposit per location will be required.
- This deposit may be used against any final charges, including but not limited to fees, inspections, commissary charges, and or final commissions payments.
Electrical Services:
The Saskatoon Exhibition does not provide electrical cabling or ends of any kind. Outdoor locations must use power provided by Prairieland Park. Generators are not allowed. Outdoor location power is charged at $7.00 per amp. Indoor exhibitors are provided complimentary access to one (1) 15amp 110volt connection. All locations using any amount of power are subject to a SaskPower Inspection Fee. This mandatory $25.00 fee per location (imposed by SaskPower) will be collected by Prairieland and remitted to SaskPower on your behalf. Any violations imposed by SaskPower Inspection must be resolved by the vendor or the item/booth will be removed. Fees for additional power are invoiced upon approval of location.
Water/Sewer Services:
The Saskatoon Exhibition does not provide food grade hoses, fittings, or adapters. Fees for filling & draining hot tubs will apply. Multiple grease bins will be available to all concessionaires, do not dump grease down sewers. Portable sinks and temporary grey water storage are available to rent, please contact the Trade Show Sales & Exhibits Coordinator directly with questions. Notification of this service is necessary when applying for booth space.
Propane Services:
Propane service is limited to 420lb tanks only. Service includes; delivery/return, installation, inspections, and re-fills as required.
- A deposit of $1000.00 per tank is required for this service.
- The cost of Installation, inspection, delivery/removal is per location, this will be deducted from the above deposit. Costing for this service will be set mid-May 2025.
- Fuel is charged on a consumption basis; overall fuel costs for the event will be estimated on Tuesday August 5, 2025.
- Final fuel usage readings will take place after 11:30pm on Thursday August 7, 2025.
- You will be notified of differences from actual to estimated costs of fuel post event via invoice or credit statement post event.
- If the combined cost of installation, inspection, delivery, removal, and fuel exceeds the $1000.00 per tank deposit, the remainder will be invoiced.
C.A.F.E. Levy
A C.A.F.E. Levy of $25.00 per company will be collected with your exhibit fees. Click here for more information regarding the Canadian Association of Fairs & Exhibitions, C.A.F.E. membership. This fee will be waived with proof of a current C.A.F.E. membership.
Liability Insurance:
Prairieland Park and the Saskatoon Exhibition require all Exhibitor locations to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance subject to a minimum limit of five (5) million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
