The Saskatoon Exhibition is scheduled for
July 31 – August 7, 2025

All applications will be reviewed by the Saskatoon Exhibition Selection Committee. Upon acceptance you will receive further confirmation materials and information, including an invoice to the email address you provided. Payment is required to confirm your participation in the event.

– This application becomes your contract upon review and acceptance.
– Booth space is not confirmed until full payment is received.
– Show Management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the floor plan and booth allocation at any time.
– Bulk booth space will be given priority.

Booth Information:

Booth size is ten feet (10′) wide by ten feet (10′) deep. Drapery is provided at the rear of the booth at eight feet (8′) tall and ten feet (10′) wide per booth and is blue in colour. Side drape is coloured white at three feet (3′) tall and ten feet (10′) deep, and is provided where possible in each booth.

Booth Cost:

$1200.00 per booth.
$225.00 additional fee for a corner.

Non-Profit rates are available, please contact the Trade Show Sales & Exhibits Coordinator directly. Proof of non-profit or charitable status must be provided upon request.

Booths are to be operational during all hours the Trade Show building is open, which is 12:00pm-11:00pm daily.

Cancellation Policy:

Booth fees may be refunded, with the exception of $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by June 13, 2025. No refunds will be paid on cancellations past June 13, 2025 or for no-shows. Prairieland reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if, in its opinion, the terms and conditions of this contract agreement are not being observed.

Sign Hanging Service:

Please be aware that any exhibitor signs or banners hung from the ceiling, must be installed by Prairieland Park staff. There is a charge for this service and size restrictions may apply.

Internet Access / Cellular Coverage:

An unsecured Wireless Network, for exhibitors only, will be provided with your booth ($125 value). For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated Hard Wired Service can be ordered. Please be aware that if you are operating a Rogers Network based debit/credit card machine you will experience difficulties as our cellular service is SaskTel based.

Electrical Services:

The Saskatoon Exhibition does not provide electrical cabling of any kind. Indoor exhibitors are provided complimentary access to one (1) 15amp 110volt connection. All locations using any amount of power are subject to a SaskPower Inspection Fee. This mandatory $25.00 fee per location (imposed by SaskPower) will be collected by Prairieland and remitted to SaskPower on your behalf. Any violations imposed by SaskPower Inspection must be resolved by the vendor or the item/booth will be removed. Fees for additional power are invoiced upon approval of location.

Display Services:

The Saskatoon Exhibition does not provide tables or chairs with your location. If you require any tables, chairs, or other display items they may be rented through the official supplier, Handyman Rentals. Contact information will be forwarded upon approval of location.

Water/Sewer Services:

The Saskatoon Exhibition does not provide food grade hoses, fittings, or adapters. Fees for filling & draining hot tubs will apply. Portable sinks and temporary grey water storage are available to rent, please contact the Trade Show Sales & Exhibits Coordinator directly with questions. Notification of this service is necessary when applying for booth space.

C.A.F.E. Levy

A C.A.F.E. Levy of $25.00 per company (for non-C.A.F.E. members), will be collected with your exhibit fees. Click here for more information regarding the Canadian Association of Fairs & Exhibitions, C.A.F.E. membership.

Liability Insurance:

Prairieland Park and the Saskatoon Exhibition require all Exhibitor locations to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance subject to a minimum limit of five (5) million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
